Cost Accounting job duties include the following:
- Perform monthly close and provide financial reports to management- Assist plant personnel in understanding variances- Review processes and methods to identify process improvement opportunities- Review, and analyze G/L, cost accounting standards, plant financial statement data, and inventory data- Analyze monthly cost & manufacturing variances by plant, including MUV, PPV, revaluation, inventory, conversion cost absorption, and freight- Oversee plant inventories for accuracy
Qualifications:
