RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
Position is with company who specializes in restoration.
Shifts will usually be 1st shift, but will be on call 24/7 for emergencies.
Will be working in residential/commercial buildings to repair:
o Water damage
o Fire damage
o Mold
o Storm damage
Responsibilities include:
o Cleaning up water & fire damaged buildings
o Using specialized equipment including respirator masks at times
o Cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, personal property
o Demolition
o Lifting heavy equipment & personal property
o Mold removal
o Carpet/Upholstery cleaning
o Duct cleaning
o Crawling into crawl spaces
o Using ladders, heights cannot be an issue
o Working in all weather conditions
Previous restoration experience not required.
Previous MILITARY or VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER experience big plus!
